I choose Brooke for my wedding makeup after seeing lots of her work on previous brides. The makeup always looked flawless and her brides looked stunning. Brooke was very good at communicating with me and kept in touch at different times running up to my wedding. We did my trial and Brooke was very good at helping me to pick what sort of style I wanted. After my trial I messaged Brooke with small parts I wanted to change for my actual wedding day makeup. Brooke took note of this and I was blown away with my makeup on my wedding day. It was more stunning than I even imagined! It lasted all day and I got so many compliments. Not even just myself but my mum and bridesmaids makeup was absolutely beautiful. My mum has had makeup done before but never has her skin looked so flawless. Brooke is an absolute amazing MUA and she is also so friendly. She kept me calm as possible on the day and was extremely professional. Hired Brooke for our wedding in April and I couldn’t have been happier that I did. Brooke went into so much detail with me at my trail about what looks I wanted and listened to everything I had to say and addressed all my concerns! The trail look was stunning. I couldn’t wait for the wedding! On the morning Brooke traveled over an hour to get to us at the crack of dawn and still turned up with a huge smile on her face! She interacted with the bridal party and just generally was such a lovely, fun person to be around. The bridesmaids were able to tell Brooke exactly what they wanted and she made it happen! Then there was my make up! Absolutely show stopping from Brooke it was so gorgeous and lasted all day even into the next morning! I did not want to take it off!! Where do I start? I was recommended Brooke by a colleague for my bridal makeup artist and from the first day we met it was a match made in heaven. I was a bit apprehensive about getting professional makeup done for my wedding as I’m not a heavy makeup wearer but after my trial with Brooke she put me at ease and I knew I had nothing to worry about. Not only did she know exactly what makeup look I wanted for my wedding and pulled it off to a T but also it was the start of a lovely friendship. After losing my mum and brother in close proximity I knew my wedding day was going to be emotional and having Brooke there to support me and make me feel a million dollars definitely helped me through the morning getting ready. It’s fair to say as a medical aesthetician I’m skin obsessed and I wanted a look to complement the amount of time I spend taking care of my skin. Brooke took this into account and made my skin look glowy whilst also giving me a makeup look that lasted all day and night. My bridesmaids also were absolutely thrilled with their makeup and they all looked stunning and couldn’t praise Brooke enough. I came across Brooke on Instagram when I was trying to book everything for my wedding. As any bride knows who you have for your make up is one of the most important things on your list. As soon as I saw Brooke’s work I absolutely loved the soft bridal glow she created for her clients. When I say that Brooke does this impeccably, I mean impeccably! My skin has never looked better, I felt glowy, fresh and felt so special on the day. Brooke is extremely friendly, warm and professional. I felt listened to and she made massive efforts to ensure that I was happy with everything. I’m the most indecisive person in the world and extremely meticulous, as a result I was struggling to pick a lipstick that I was fully happy with. Brooke customised a shade for me and had absolutely no problem trying several until I was happy with it. Brooke is so professional, easy going and talented. She did my bridal make up, my bridesmaid’s and mother of the bride. My sister and mum had not had their make up done before, she put them at ease and they loved her work. My make up was perfect, exactly what I asked for and lasted all day with only lipstick touch ups. Now everytime I do my own makeup, my new husband now says ‘why can’t you do your make up like you had on your wedding day’ haha. Can’t thank you enough for such a lovely morning!
